Welcome to power of money, the approved fanlisting (by tfl) for hugh character of the game fire emblem fuuin no tsurugi.
I can't deny Hugh (or Hughes) is always my best character as I play this game, and although he might be a "pain" to level him up or simply recruit him, he's overall the best mage of the game. He also has an odd personality, but it'a probably his most appealing side.
